Customers who sign up for the Hometown Pharmacy Rewards Program can enjoy savings on both brand name and generic prescriptions. In addition, 400 select generic prescriptions are available for $3.99 each for a 30-day supply or $9.99 each for a 90-day supply*.

Members will also receive a $5 gift card with your first prescription, health screenings, at no cost, for diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. If you are a diabetes patient, you can receive an Accu Chek Blood Glucose Meter, at no cost, with your first diabetes prescription purchase.

Q. Are all prescriptions available $3.99 or $9.99?

No. Only certain generic medications are available in a 30-day supply for $3.99 or in a 90-day supply for $9.99*. Please ask you local Hometown pharmacist, or click here to view a listing of the select medications.

Q. Is there a fee to enroll in the Hometown Pharmacy Rewards Program?

Yes, there is a one time fee of $5 that covers you and everyone in your household.

Q. Can anyone in my household use the card?

Yes. Simply fill out the enrollment form at a participating Hometown Pharmacy and include any family members that wish to use the card. They can start to enjoy the savings the Hometown Pharmacy Rewards Program provides.

Q. If my prescriptions are at another pharmacy, how do I transfer them to Hometown?

Call your local Hometown Pharmacy and they will assist you in transferring your prescriptions. Their courteous staff is there to assist you in any way possible.
